I talked to someone on the phone numerous times. My power steering went out and he told me to go ahead and come down to the shop so they can look at it. I drove my car, with no power steering, all the way there for no one to be there. 2 guys hopped in a truck when I asked if it’s open and took off. And the guy never answered the phone again. Total BS

Brad took time to correctly diagnose our issue and made the correct repair for less than $400.
