I attended at City Auto Truck Sales looking for a used Dodge Ram with a lift kit, big tires, blacked out rims and flares (the “add ons”) for under $20,000.00 and was told by Huong that he would be able to help me. He then brought over a 2014 Dodge Ram for $32,500.00 that did not have the add ons but advised that the price was negotiable and he could "throw in" the add ons plus an extended warranty. Our experience with City Auto was ok to start with . Friendly staff and answered all questions. We traded in our 2015 jeep for a 2017 Durango. After everything was purchased and finalized is when I started to realize some pretty u professional things. We were told the car would be cleaned before pick up - it wasn't. It was given to us with the gas light on. We were told we would get a free oil change - we didn't. We were told we had a year subscription to Sirius radio - it cut off today.
