I showed up on time for my appointment and nobody was there to help me. I waited in the lobby and nobody was around at all. It was like a ghot town. I did notice lots of customer car keys that were not locked up by any means and sitting on a desk that could have been stolen along with the car very easily. Thats a big concern. I dont think i would leave my car here after seeing that. And they actually called me 30mins later to see if i was going to show up for my appointment, that was entertaining. They are the worse company I have ever dealt with can not sync camera now I have to bring to dealer they closed account and I have to pay or do a bunch of work never! Again !
Excellent customer service at Crystal location: my insurance company hooked me up with City Auto Glass to replace my windshield. Respectful, communicative and took care to get me out of there quickly. Highly recommend!
What a delightful experience. Fast, clean and a beautiful install. TJ the Manager is absolutely a knowledgeable resource and runs a superb shop. If you have a choice in your auto glass installers boy howdy, are these guys a good one!
