I called and spoke with Roberto regarding a window that was damaged at a client's home during a project on October 24th. I gave instructions to contact the client directly as she needed to coordinate with her tenant. He told me he may be able to go and have it installed the same day as they carry almost everything in stock. I provided all information but did not hear back. I gave him 2 days before following up.
