I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this auto shop. They kept my vehicle for over two months, which forced me to constantly pay for rides and caused me to miss out on income opportunities during the snowstorm. Communication was very poor. Every time I called, the receptionist told me Tony wasn’t available and that he would call me back — but I never received any return calls.
