I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this auto shop. They kept my vehicle for over two months, which forced me to constantly pay for rides and caused me to miss out on income opportunities during the snowstorm. Communication was very poor. Every time I called, the receptionist told me Tony wasn’t available and that he would call me back — but I never received any return calls. UPDATE: I already loved this place but I just witnessed the owner having the most heartfelt interaction with a person who had just been in a traffic accident and was unhurt but badly shaken up. Between this example and my own interactions he seems genuinely kind and caring. Highly recommend! They recently saved me over $1000. They are very honest and communicative.
The technicians here are clearly experts. They were able to accurately diagnose and fix an issue that has been lingering for a while. While the service took slightly longer than the original estimate, the results were worth the wait. Driving the car home, I felt a noticeable difference—it honestly feels like the car has been upgraded. I haven’t had this feeling of confidence in my car's performance for several years. If you’re looking for skilled mechanics who actually find the root of the problem, I highly recommend them!
