I've seen them mentioned as the best around for a while now and finally brought my vehicle in. Tony is great and strikes me as a man of great integrity. He was more than fair with me. The place looks terrible. That is the only reason for 4, rather than 5 stars.
My car was towed while the street was completely snow covered and there were no visible signs posted. I understand getting a ticket if I was in the wrong that part is fine. What’s not fine is the outrageous price gouging. My car was towed around 2:00 PM and I picked it up at 4:00 PM, yet I was charged $334. That is absolutely ridiculous. No towing company within a 50-mile radius charges anywhere near that amount flatbed or not for a short, same-day tow and release.
