City South was recommended to me by Pete's Honda; they did a great job on the repair and provided excellent customer service- from arranging for a driver to pick me up & take me to my rental car to dealing with the insurance company. Mike Pratt was especially helpful- explaining exactly what they would be doing & showing me the finished work. The damage was a hit & run, but dealing with City South was a bright spot.!

I am a prior service member in the US ARMY. I deliver parts to this company on a daily basis. I have never been rude, crude, or foul to this company. On this day of 03FEB2014 I recieved a complaint about the way I dressed and my demeanor. I was refered to as a "Gangster". I am by far a gangster, nor do I dress or act like a so called gangster.
