Terrible customer service experience. Owner didn’t know what he was ordering and wouldn’t take the part back. Lost a lot of $$. Unfortunately won’t be supporting this small business again. Update: we ordered the correct part from Amazon at half the price on the first try and my hubby installed .. all within 3 days. Should have done this from the beginning. Needless to say, it’s frustrating to waste money on a part that the business owner should have been able to figure out. Lessons learned….
I finally had to retire after 50+ years. I want to thank all my loyal customers for their support. I run into people that remember me and want to thank me for helping with their appliance issues. (I have no idea who they are) lol. It was fun while it lasted. Had to quit for health reasons and age related conditions. I tried to keep my family name respected in Morgantown. The gentleman I talked to on the phone was extremely helpful. He stayed on the phone with me for 20 minutes walking me through diagnosing my own machine since he couldn’t take anymore service calls. When all was said and done, he saved me a few hundred dollars on a new part that wouldn’t have fixed the issue (was going to buy a new PCB board for the machine and that didn’t end up being the issue). Really great service and very knowledgeable.
