I’ve had an amazing experience with City and Suburban managed homes on UES for the last 2+ years! Steve is such an amazing manager. He is honest, reliable, and responds quickly. When issues are reported to management, they follow through mostly on the same day, but latest 48 hours. Still, you get a great deal in one of the best neighborhoods in the city.
Love this place and love helping prospective tenants find their homes
