Had a technician come out because I'm an idiot and missed the one breaker I needed to flip. Took him less than a minute and he told me he wouldn't charge me since he lives on the same street as me and that was his last stop of the day. Got a bill for $135.00 and was told there technicians would never say anything like that. We shared 20 words and those where half of them. I know what we talked about. It's not a large amount of money but it's the principle and its a bad way to do business.
Ten Stars. Aaron came over helped me figure out what to do. Estimated the small but necessary work I needed. Chad arrived to do the labor, he worked quick, organized and cleaned up cuttings. Michelle front office excellent in getting us scheduled. Thank you to everyone at City Suburban Electric.

My husband and I bought a Hot tub & wanted to get the electric done for it. We got several quotes and City and Suburban Electric was the best price and the owners Aron & His wife where fantastic they where also happy to answer any question we had. Also the installers where fantastic so I wanted to give a shout out to Chad & Jason. So would highly referrer them again. Thank you
One of my tenants had a power issue with the heat for their unit. I called city and suburban electric. I explained the situation to The receptionist and she said "it's cold outside and they need heat I will call them and get someone out there today." I am not joking when I say within 20 minutes someone was already at the unit and had fixed the worn out breaker. When I texted my tenants to check up on situation she said there already done. Amazing service Thank you
