Went above and beyond. Keiran was very accessible - phone calls were answered or returned consistently. We feel we had a complicated sale, made harder by the fact that we lived 500km away. We had several contracts fail, but Keiran remained positive and kept finding buyers (the actual buyer was shown through the house at about 7pm one night very soon after another contract failure). Helpful, caring, knowledgeable . I recently purchase my first home Kieran could not have been more accommodating he made a very stressful time for me a lot easier and a more pleasant experience the transaction was made long distance so having Kieran on hand was a dream he even went on to the roof which I can imagine is not standard procedure.
