Excellent service highly professional people working for them. Mr Rodolfo one of the technician who came to my place today was very professional polite and did his level best to clean the system and immediately noticed my fan was not working I will highly recommend this company to anyone for this job
my strata used this company 2023 to clean exterior duct vents, I personally witnessed the crew did less than 50% of the vent on one building which I can see across directly. It took him even less than to do my building, so when he was done I personally went to asked him, if he knew there were 8 units on one and 7 on the other building but he said 'yes, i did all 15 units'. Exactly same experience as Brie Hoffman.
This company was hired by my strata to do annual dryer vent and chimney cleaning. The crew who came to do the work only did half the job. Most owners didn't notice because it isn't them who set up the service and they didn't pay attention to what was supposed to be done. A few did and raised questions. When pressed the company said there was a misunderstanding between head office and crew and they came back to do a second service to finish the job. Inconvenient for all parties.
