Everyone at City Abstract was great during the Settlement process, especially Cheryl the closer.
City Abstract is my default for real estate closings. I've had multiple closings here over the last few years and they are always on top of things, offer fair prices, and have a lovely office that I enjoy visiting. I strongly recommend them.
Great folks to work with through the entire process. They helped me understand the process on the front end and after closing/settlement they were able to help me answer some follow up questions. I ask a lot of questions and they explained everything to me throughout the process.
