I am from abroad and I did not know very much about buying a Manhattan home before. Citty has a “knowledge base” that gave me much information about New York City and how things work here. International buyers like me should really appreciate this information. Thanks.
I feel like Citty has so many more buildings listed than any other search site I’ve been on. I found an apartment in the Village that wasn’t showing up anywhere else. Best real estate experience I’ve ever had.
Why don’t all real estate sites work like this? Citty has a sharp, user-friendly interface. I did most of my apartment hunting from my phone. Searching through the map was cool too.
The Internet has made searching for an apartment online easier, but some websites are so confusing that searching is really frustrating. Citty is super easy, like an apartment search website should be. Choose your neighborhood of choice, bedrooms, max price, etc, or just browse through their listings. It’s that simple.
I don’t get why people complain about finding an apartment in NYC. I moved here from Ohio, and using Citty was seriously such a simple and actually kind of fun experience. I love my new place in Chelsea, but if I have to move again I won’t be dreading it.
