Dr Kris is amazing. He has been my doctor for about 12 years and delivered both of my children. But unfortunately since having my daughter 2 years ago I have had nothing but problems trying to make an appointment with him. I originally had an appt in may they called me to reschedule for June (no big deal to me at the time) so I did. June comes and they call me again to reschedule for July, July comes and they yet again want to reschedule me so I told them I would call at a later date and just schedule an appointment because ... read more
Chris city is an amazing obgyn but, his receptionist are extremely rude. I went in for an appointment that was supposed to be at 9am I got there at 9:08am, I sat there while 4 other women who came in after I did got seen. When I finally left because I had been sitting there for an hour I called the appointment desk and told them I had left and the receptionist said "And?" How rude. Rude enough to make me not want to come back especially since i commute all the way from Beebe!
Wonderful Wonderful!! He took time to go over everything and explain. He answered my questions before I ask them and listened to my concerns without acting like I was just hysterical woman and his nurse Debbie was just a Wonderful as he has . She made me feel comfortable and went over everything throughly. Great people great place from the lady at the check in window to the lady going over insurance. I would definitely recommend Kris Citty office and Unity Medical.
