Excellent authentic Italian restaurant, delicious food, excellent service, and very well located.
We went to Cittanouva for a takeaway pizza and ordered around five pizzas. Unfortunately, the experience was really disappointing. When we arrived to collect our order, one of the pizzas was missing, and we were told it would be another five minutes — while the rest of our pizzas sat there getting cold. The two girls at reception were extremely rude and impolite throughout. There was no apology for the delay, just attitude, which made the whole experience quite unpleasant. Many times you read reviews and say not sure. But my wife and I were very happy with our entire night. Our server Danny was absolutely amazing. We asked about the differences between a few entrees and his description was spot on. Was also checking in on us and never had to wait for anything except the check since he wanted us to enjoy our time out. Would go back again.
