Love this Restaurant but every time we go the service is not good
Very consistent good food. The only thing I would say is that the girl at the front could be a bit more welcoming. She seemed like she was there but not there
No one will ever confuse this place with fine dining, but that is completely missing the point. While the food is mostly passable, some options really stand out—the Cavolini Di Bruxelles salad is quite good, and they offer solid staples like the gnocchi and roasted chicken. I have visited Cittanuova with my family over several seasons and always had good experiences, so I am very sorry to have to write this. However, after my recent visit, I would prefer not to return. The dish I ordered did not meet my expectations, and when I respectfully mentioned this to the floor manager, Nube, her response left me very bewildered. This is the place to be! A great place to get that East Hampton vibe. The food was delicious . I will definitely recommend it. It is also located near the East Hampton Long Island Railroad.
