We had an appointment on Thursday regarding my grandfather's situation with cittamani. Unfortunately, by Good Friday, his condition had worsened, prompting us to reach out to Cittamani, as previously arranged. However, their response was far from helpful; they simply instructed us to call an ambulance, which was not part of our initial plan. Their response was that dove house had no beds. Consequently, my grandfather had to spend his final moments in the renal ward of the hospital, where he was anything but comfortable.

This company is dreadful. Back in 2021 my aunty was terminally ill and this company refused to keep coming to care for my aunty because she “appeared” well. Less than a week later she died. She really looked forward to the lovely ladies coming each morning to help her and she was absolutely shattered when they said she wasn’t sick enough for their service. Would never recommend
