He took my money for ambrosia maple to be dried and flattened. he has not answered me since before christmas. he will not give me my wood or my money back. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HIM
I paid Citta Woodcraft a 2200.00 deposit in Jan 2024 for a custom bed to be made. I purchased the fabric I wanted to use as well for another 250.00 which he has. After 8 months, I reached out to him and he stated he would not be able to finish the bed for personal reasons. He stated he would refund me the deposit. Its now going on over a month and has ghosted my emails and seems to have disconneced his phone. Don't use this company.
Absolutely best experience one could hope for. True patriots running a professional and unique wood working operation. From the logs in their back yard to premium kiln dried lumber transformed into unique furniture. Thank you so much!!
