I am heartbroken by my hair cut by Vanessa. I went in for a regular blow dry & trim (which cost $170) and she completely ruined my shape. She evidently only knows how to cut hair one way, and without any communication she cut layers into my hair that completely ruined my curly cut. I’ve never had that experience from a stylist before. It will take me years to get my hair back to the length and shape that I once had it.
