Scheduled to have my carpet clean on 12/2/23 at 9am. The guy never showed up. He contacted my on Friday (12/1/23) to confirm appointment. I reached out to him a few times on Saturday morning, however no response. Didn’t call or text me back. Very unprofessional. Will not attempt to use them again.
Company canceled twice within a week.
