I rent out my basement (nonsmoking only). Did NOT know that incense burning can be as bad as smoking! Dark stains from around furniture, against walls, black soot on carpet, other various stains and an older carpet - I was worried! Now it looks 1000% better than before the cleaning. Some stains that the last cleaners said would never come out - gone! Looks great, smells great (a light citrus, not overwhelming or fake). Owner: FYI. I followed your truck w/the license plate ending in 10 through Milton last Thursday, late morning. Just wanted you to know that your employee was an extremely courteous and safe driver. Didn't speed, used their turn signals, came to a full stop at stop signs. Having managed large fleets before, I know how challenging it can be to get drivers to set good examples and represent the company well in such a public space. They should be commended. Steve was amazing! From our first conversation on the phone to the cleaning. He does great work and was so helpful with tips on how to care for our carpets in between cleaning. Cannot recommend enough, fantastic job!
I highly suggest using CitrusSolutions of Johns Creek. Stephen the owner replied to my phone call immediately, he was thorough on his product and prices and he even was able to set me up with an appointment for the next day. Stephen himself did the work and he was 5 minutes early for the appointment, he looked at all of our area rugs we needed cleaned and he explained his process again. The final results were clean rugs, exceptional customer service, and a great clean smell. I highly suggest you try them out.
