The gynecologist herself is a very nice and kind and knowledgeable. But the nurse has no idea what she’s talking about. I know more about medication than she does and I’m 18. I tried multiple times explaining to her my problems because she said the doctor doesn’t talk to patients on the phone and she just wasn’t understanding anything I was trying to say.
Receptionist is very rude and has an attitude.
