The water bugs, ants, and other weird bugs are out of control especially during the summer. Takes them forever for maintenance requests even though the complex is small. Highly unrecommended. Wish I could give negative zero stars 😒

The apartments have no insulation. They get very hot especially when cooking during the summer. You are not allowed to have window unit A/C and the apartments don't have A/C. You can have portable A/C unit inside the apartments which can't keep up without insulation. Parking is horrible. The streets are all going to permit parking. Walnut allows parking but cars get crashed into constantly because it's a narrow road. You get 1 parking spot and at times neighbors have guests park in your spot.
