Citrus Square is an awesome downtown Sarasota condominium in the much sought-after Rosemary district. Top quality construction. Outstanding restaurants only steps away. This building has garnered both local and national awards for the beautiful architecture and design.
This is a 3 story building with condos on the 2nd and 3rd floors, about 10 condos altogether, brief walk to downtown Sarasota. The condos are small, but there are stores on the first level. We were there for dinner at the restaurant, The Rosemary. There's a dry cleaners, pilates studio, interior decorator, etc. It's about 8 years old. They're building another, similar one next door called Citrus Court.
