Just received my second cancellation! I booked a hair appointment at least a month or so out. Morning of, my stylist, Lauren, cancelled because she was sick. Said she’d rebook the following week. I waited a few days to hear but no follow up. After several texts to her I then called the salon. She suddenly texts me that she can take me the following week. I booked an appointment for my wife as a birthday present. The first problem I had with them was that the estimate they gave me was just over $200 and the resulting cost was over $300. Well, this of itself would not have everything as it was a birthday present for my wife, they also canceled her appointment twice so she didn’t get her appointment till a month after we had originally scheduled it for. I had a great experience, this is the first time I cut my hair here, asked for a haircut that didn't turn out like I imagined (my hair is curly and has a mind of its own) and they were so nice to have me back in to get it like I wanted. Helen is the absolute best! She is so nice, communicative and talented. Love my haircut!
