Yes it's a beautiful place, but racism is very real here, my husband (Cuban black) is always followed when he's picking up the mail, or just walking to a friends house. "sheriff" has even followed him all the way to Publix, yes this is ridiculous. It really is sad that this is still going on, this is a 55+ community you would think older folks would be more open minded.
