I’m so happy I decided to go to Citrus Park ER today. I have chronic sinus problems and ended up with an awful earache. Dr. Snediger gave me excellent direction on how to maintain healthy sinuses and also cleared my ear problem (all while making me laugh). Nurse Jo was also wonderful and also offered great guidance. Thank you so much for making this nervous patient very comfortable and at ease!
I am very disappointed with quality of care at Citrus Park ER. When I arrived my right arm was swollen to twice its size. The first doctor who was on staff suggested that they perform an ultrasound to rule out anything life threatening. However, during my visit there was a shift change and a second doctor took over from were the first doctor left off. They should be reported. Worst experience. DO NOT GO TO THIS ER!! I went last month and was seen for maybe 30 minutes for a bladder infection and they are charging $5000!!! All they did was take a urine test and write me a prescription. No IV or anything additional and somehow that’s $5000!!! I tried calling the billing department and the unprofessional excuse for customer service just told me that’s the cost and nothing could be done. It’s a complete scam and they should be reported for what they are doing there.
