I just ordered a DiamondBack thru the shop, they received it and assembled it for me, Amazing customer service,they even send me a pic when the bike was built. Drove all the way there just to be told they didn’t have a kids bike trailer or seat. Not cool!

Their service is very poor! They speak to their customers very rudely and when they realize that their wrong and loosing a customer they try to cover it up by blaming it on the other guy! I live very close to the store and I will not use their service; not even for a flat tire!
Citrus Park Bikes provided excellent service and the price was very reasonable. I was very pleased with there staff and shop. I will continue to recommend and utilize Citrus Park Bikes services.
