This practice is excellent! The staff are very friendly, helpful & professional & are very caring. They are also very organized & work like a well oiled machine. Dr. Patel is very involved in his patients & wants the best for them. He personally makes phones calls prior to surgeries, & will take time to talk to you & address any needs you may have. WOW! My daughter, who has bad anxiety just had four wisdom teeth and an extra tooth removed by Dr. Patel. From the moment we walked in the office for the initial consultation through the discharge after the procedure we experienced calm, caring, and competent care. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Patel and his entire staff. I can only end how I began. WOW, WOW, WOW.
Dr. Patel is the nicest surgeon I have ever met. My wisdom tooth surgery went beautiful besides the one complication of my jaw had dislocated itself after I was done. And he was so compassionate, and helpful. He tried everything he could to help me, and he even called the hospital and came with us so he could help them make sure they were going to be able to relocate it again. I'm 53 and never even had a toothache so I was a bit concerned when I fractured one of my upper wisdom teeth and it needed to be extracted. I had some concerns because I have a very large sinus cavity and the roots of my upper teeth go into my sinus. Dr Patel did my extraction and Did an excellent job. We are snowbirds in Florida every winter and our home dentist from Kansas helped us find Dr. Patel for a wisdom tooth extraction. It took several weeks to obtain the consult appointment, however, the surgery was a couple days after the consult. Very professional but more importantly to us, Dr. Patel was gentle and caring. He even called us the night of surgery to check in about recovery. Highly recommend him! The bonus was he went to school in Kansas City, close to our home, and he enjoyed that KC BBQ just like we do!
