These guys were awesome!! They were tight on time, worked super hard and did a fantastic job. My only disappointment was it didn't smell like oranges when they were done. The carpets smelt like wet dog. I was looking forward to the orange smell.
Not satisfied with the cleaning, stains remain and many spots were missed. Pointed it out to the cleaning technician and he didn’t address my concerns or offer to keep working on the carpet. Whole service was only 45 minutes despite the site saying it’s 1-2 hours, feel like the cleaning could have been more thorough. At least they offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee right? I left my feedback on the same day of service, now two days later they still have not contacted me, hoping they deliver on that guarantee
Technician was friendly, answered my questions and was efficient. We have not cleaned our carpets professionally in years. There was a noticeable difference after. Very thorough. Would definitely recommend.
