First time using Citrus-O and was not disappointed! They arrived on time and explained everything. Made the whole place brighter!
Excellent overall. Communications on the phone with an agent to estimate and schedule the work, and also after setting up the appointment - reminders, etc - all quick and professional. Tech was great on-site, flexible and accommodative with a few minor changes in which specific items would be cleaned. Efficient work, left the rooms organized and optimized for drying as he completed each. Pleasant to deal with throughout. Great cleaning job on carpets and furniture. Citrus-O Carpet Care is really one of the best companies I have worked with! Phil (at the office) was super helpful and answered all my questions - actually, he was absolutely amazing because I probably called him 5 times to figure out my situation! Then the technician, David, was also so great! He was knowledgeable, thorough and patient. He helped us trouble shoot our issue and didn't leave until the job was done! I will definitely recommend this company! Thank you Phil and David for your care, help and your hard work!
