Called in and asked for a deep clean. Was told they start at basic and then go from there. The technician sent did a pre-inspection but didn't do a post. He made us all leave the unit so he could do the job. We waited outside. We settled up in the parking lot and he claimed he got moat stains out. He did a great job in the halls but the majority of the living room stains were still there. I have never left a negative review before. I always accept that one negative experience should not hurt a business that it takes so long to grow. It's all about how the negative experience is handled as well - moreso than the experience itself. I have to admit that I usually ignore the one star reviews as they most often come from angry people who are very upset in the moment.
