My experience with this company was excellent and it was the second time I have used this service. I was fortunate to have received a caring older gentleman to my home who was a pleasure to be around. He was timely, friendly, mannerly and very professional. He informed of carpet care and provided time to make sure I understood. It was obvious he cared about what he was doing. I was very satisfied by his service.

I am so glad I went with Citrus-O after they were recommended to me. Bernard, the carpet cleaner, was so friendly and gave me so many tips about carpet cleaning. He helped me understand many things. The job done was excellent. I was worried about my carpet being too old and the carpet cleaning might damage the carpets (as happened years ago with another cleaner) but the carpets were clean and looked great. The whole place smelled clean as well. I couldn't ask for more from a carpet cleaner. Thank you!
Worst company!!!!! I had them come clean my apartment 2 bedrooms and the gentlemen that came did a very low/poor quality job. He rushed through the job and was only in my place actually cleaning the carpets for maybe 20 minutes at max, that’s with set up, pre spray and shampooing, then clean up. He left the carpets looking the same as how he arrived basically. No proper streaks were done and looked like he just did circles quickly, then he was done.
