Be prepared to spend over $80 on nails that don’t even last 24 hours. I came in to get gel X, and I just wanted a simple French tip. The lady doing my nails couldn’t do that, so I switched to a solid color, and they are lumpy, crocked (which I asked her to fix multiple times) and cutting into my skin where it bled. Came in to have my nails done for grad pics and Tommy T did EXACTLY what I asked for!! I wanted a natural look that was short, oval-round, and the prettiest pink (228). I’m very pleased with how they turned out! Thanks Tommy T!!

After informing him that I wanted it more of a natural look, he got frustrated, fussed at me, gripped my hand tightly, and didn’t want to correct it to how the customer (I) liked it. There was no other technician to help correct the mistake. I just paid for my pedicure and left. 😩 What a horrific experience with this technician.

I always get my nails and pedicures done at this place of business and I've never had an issue. My experience today was bad enough that I will never return. I sit with my feet in a cold gel spa for over a hour, ok fine..... they are busy. They get to doing my pedicure, I tell the lady I need a fill on the acrylic of my big toe.... So I go in and ask for a manicure and pedicure. I’m sitting at the pedicure station and there’s 4 people surrounding me having an extremely loud side conversation while also asking me questions (all at the same time). The two people that were not assisting me, were asking the woman that is doing my nails for her signature on some notebook (as if she wasn’t actively busy assisting a customer).
