It’s honestly such a shame to write this after being a regular here for so long, but the owner has become so rude lately. She raised her prices, but it feels like she’s using cheaper materials now because my nails chip or break after only a couple of days. What’s worse is that when you go back to get it fixed, she actually charges you for it! i’ve been coming here for a while and always tried to put up with it but they are very rude and so expensive. nails turned out bumpy and chipped right out of the salon 🤦🏻‍♀️

This place is the worst. I made an appointment for 3 people at 1PM for a Friday afternoon. They seated us after 10mins of waiting. Then another 10 mins waiting at the pedicure chairs. My two friends finally got their pedicure while I continue to wait. At 1:50PM, they came to me saying “give us a few min.” Are you kidding me? I’ve waited almost an hr and you want me to wait some more? No one came to apologize nor offer drinks while other customers get drinks. I don’t recommend this place with how they treated me. Absolutely horrible service I went there to soak off my nails and instead the girl ripped them off she only soaked off two of them so she didn't drill them before she started trying to pry them off of my hand and it took her about 30 minutes of me telling her that she is ripping my nails and hurting me before she tried to soak them off she was bending my nails in half and trying to put the Clippers underneath the back of my nail so it was folding my original real nails in half and breaking them into the cuticle they are comp... read more
