Absolutely horrible service I went there to soak off my nails and instead the girl ripped them off she only soaked off two of them so she didn't drill them before she started trying to pry them off of my hand and it took her about 30 minutes of me telling her that she is ripping my nails and hurting me before she tried to soak them off she was bending my nails in half and trying to put the Clippers underneath the back of my nail so it was folding my original real nails in half and breaking them into the cuticle they are comp... read more
I’ve been coming here for several years, but yesterday (12/23) was my last visit. I had a pedicure with gel polish, and the tech did an awful job. The gel flooded onto my cuticles, and he was in such a rush that he only applied one coat of gel, leaving most of my toes looking patchy. I had to ask him to fix those toenails, and he seemed visibly frustrated. I called on yesterday evening to schedule an appt speaking with nail tech (Hannah) who informed me it would be $60. Once done the owner the charges me $70. When I informed him the tech quoted me $60 he went on claiming it was $55 for the refill, $5 for the shape which my nails were already shaped, & $10 for my length there was no tips applied I do not get tips. Will NEVER go back
got them done yesterday already chipping, spent 130 bucks which is insane for a mediocre set, so mean and judgmental towards me. nail design sucks doesn’t look like picture at all they are so ugly. charged me 70 extra dollars on this design and it looks like polka dots
This is my favorite nail spa, I keep coming back because they are so friendly. Special shoutout to Bella for doing a great job and saving my nails for my most recent French dips!
