The owners at the motel are great they are helpful and really nice to talk to. The rooms are clean and spotless the cleaner is lovely and helpful. The pool is cleaned nearly everyday
Citrus is a great place owners are great. Rooms are clean. People staying there are friendly. pool is always clean
I checked in, but they suddenly came in and told me to leave because it wasn't checked in. I brought it out, but the staff was so rude. They shouldn't have explained the property, but rather the rudeness.I booked this motel online. I got my key, went into my room, and was resting. About two hours later, I knocked on the door and they said there was something wrong with the reservation. I went back to the office and complained.no air con and filthy linen and so rude staff. The pool is filthy, ducks take a bath in the pool the only clean bit in the motel was the carpet, the toilet is completely disgusting with a dirty line around the bowl of it, beds are very uncomfortable and with the other people staying here made me and my mother feel unsafe
The overall motel was pretty clean but there was a weird smell in my rooms bathroom and what might be black mold behind the bathroom door. Apart from that I have no complaints. The staff were polite and professional, and the place was fairly cheap so overall I'd recommend it.
