I have lived here for about a year and a half now. The previous landlord was fair and tried to do her best with the lack of help the owner gave. But they are in a toss up right now and it SHOWS. We paid our rent and then a day before it was due, came up with some BS $288 charge with NO WARNING. So now we owe them a ridiculous rent WITH the added late fee from the previous month. By the end of this mess, we will not have enough money to FEED OURSELVES. We're here because we cant afford $800+ Rent. Tired of this.
The manager who is now not here, tried so hard to clean this place up. This place has the potential to be such a wonderful place, hopefully it will be.
