My wife and I purchased a home from Citrus/Meadowood Homes in spring of 2013. We had them do the complete setup with their subcontractors which included elevating the home to Manatee county specifications, making the electrical and plumbing service connections, pouring all the concrete including the driveway, putting up our carport and garage, & having a beautiful deck built.
