WARNING…read before placing a loved one here. The one star is ONLY for the few caregivers that actually know what they’re doing and have a compassionate heart. Our concerns were missing medication, overdosing of medication, withholding medications, unwitnessed falls because they are understaffed or worse yet, untrained to deal with dementia patients. Excellent community to work in, and with the help of the Administrator and the entire staff,the environment is/was comfortable, clean and with a relaxing and alot love and caring for and toward each and everyone who live, work, or visit the memory care facility. Your family can trust and believe their family member (s)cares, concerns and individual needs are being cater to daily ensuring each person is treated with love,respect and dignity. Thank you Mrs.T(admin) and the entire Citrus Heights Terrace staff. You guys ROCK!!!
From my experience this place reminds me of being at Home Depot when trying to find a staff member there is no one around. When staff was around there was a lack of compassion or concern for the resident. Mortified with newfound placed rules and regulations with visitations when concerns brought to management. Highly recommend staying clear of this facility. Might cost a little more but the savings in emotional stress and aggravation will be well worth it. If I could give zero stars I would. Citrus Heights terrace is the absolute best home for my mom their staffs and caregiver team take real good care of my mom with patience and i truly have my respects go out to the staffs and each member of the team and gratitude as well
Tina our administrator is very professional, has a caring heart and always puts her residents & staff first. The staff are also very warm and welcoming, the facility is clean and spacious. I definitely recommend it for family and friends.
