I had a septoplasty performed at this clinic under general anesthesia. The surgery itself is a massive shock to the system essentially an induced coma where breathing is artificially suspended after which a patient needs to recover under strict medical supervision. What did this clinic do? They kicked me out onto the street just 15 minutes after I opened my eyes! In reality, they simply freed up a bed, completely disregarding all medical safety protocols. I had an exceptional experience with Citrus Heights Surgery Center. From beginning to end, they were informative, helpful, kind, caring, and thorough. Every Dr, Nurse, Assistant, and Office Personnel were professional, kind, and caring to your needs and questions. I'm so thankful my Dr chose them for my Surgery Center. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a surgical procedure.
I was just there to get two procedures done. They staff was wonderful n very kind. I want to give a shout out to Bryan! He was wonderful n so kind. He made me feel comfortable n gives a great iv without any discomfort. Everyone was super kind n professional to me. I cant say enough about the ppl at this center. Everyone was kind n supportive. Thank u Bryan for treating me so kind n making the iv experience so gentle!
Everyone was great except for the lady who did my IV, Kim. I believe if she would have paid attention to what she was doing instead of talking and looking at my face to distract me she wouldn't have blown through my vein and caused a huge painful hematoma. Would've been a five star review if not for her.
The staff,Doctors and nurses were great. Paula Samantha Sam Dr. Nylander excellent. I would recommend the center most definitely. They treated wife with dignity respect and kindness Ina professional manner. Thank you so much
