Everyone was great except for the lady who did my IV, Kim. I believe if she would have paid attention to what she was doing instead of talking and looking at my face to distract me she wouldn't have blown through my vein and caused a huge painful hematoma. Would've been a five star review if not for her.
The staff,Doctors and nurses were great. Paula Samantha Sam Dr. Nylander excellent. I would recommend the center most definitely. They treated wife with dignity respect and kindness Ina professional manner. Thank you so much
What a WONDERFUL experience as EVERYTHING was explained both prior and on the day of the procedures. SAM was an incredibly kind nurse who made me calm before heading into procedure. I am truly sorry I did not get the name of the nice young lady who took all my information in the room. She was very thorough very kind and very patient. If you are ever scheduled to have a treatment here or procedure please do not hesitate to run right into this surgical center because they are Fantastic at what they do! I had 2 procedures at this location and the staff was great. When they took me bck for prep the entire personal from nurses, ck in people, antheisiogist, and Dr. Sandhu were wonderful, friendly, made you feel at ease and had a sense of humor. They took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. They went over all I needed to know with very detailed info on the release packet. Thank you all.
Came here for a medical procedure, everyone was so wonderful, especially Byron, my pre-op nurse, he made something scary, so much better and put my mind at ease!! Would definitely recommend coming here for minor surgeries if possible.
