This company used to be decent, but over the past year, the quality of work is terrible. There is a high turnover rate there from management to the office staff. If you want to be insured that you get the best possible job done, and in a timely fashion, do NOT go to any of the Kniesel branches. Btw, my insurance company will not even guarantee the work done at Kniesel's.

My car was extensively damaged in a 3 car collision. Repairs took almost a month to complete & Keniesel’s helped every step of the way from getting a rental car, dealing with the insurance company & keeping me posted as to the repairs progress.
