It’s a disgrace! Some people should never work in hospitality!!! If you don’t understand the urgency of the matter, then this field is not for you! A patient needs medication, is struggling, the pharmacy was explained the urgency, calls are made and made and made, they keep promising of sending a fax to another pharmacy, and still couldn’t carry out a simple task by the end of the week. Now, it’s a weekend, all departments are closed, the doctor can’t be reached until Monday!!! And patient? They don’t care…
Muy mala asistencia, llame con anticipation para los datos de mis hijo para sus cita y cuando llegue no tenian absolutamente ninguna informacion de los niños...!!!
Horrible el servicio. Dan citas para luego no cumplir a tiempo. Las del from desk no están capacitadas para lidiar con madres; ni niños pequeños. No priorizan a los que tienen citas. No lo recomiendo
