Refused to send scripts that they recommended, to the VA so that the VA can prescribe them to me. Even after I spoke to a front desk associate and provided the fax number to the VA to send scripts they still did not do it. All she did was send a message to the Doctor and it still wasn't done. Front desk staff is very rude. I would not recommend this practice.
I have been very happy with my care. Dr. Hellstern and staff are very professional and kind. Lisa, his assistant, is very prompt in addressing my needs and retuning my messages.
Dr Shinde truly Cares for her patients.. Just had a hiccup in the system trying to get a stat CAT scan no one could figure out who was wrong. But all in all I am truly happy with Dr shinde!
Appointments were not on time. Did not fix my problem. Call the doctor's office last thursday and Friday, and no one answer back from them.
