These people abuse the elderly financially, took advantage of the pinch I was in needing to place my grandmother right out of the hospital. They added a community fee, then added things she didn’t need, diapering, medication administration etc. She did pay extra for a private bathroom, she only needed help with bathing. She was never bathed for the two weeks she was there. They wouldn’t show me a shower log, they said they were bathing her in the community shower. I removed her. Horrible staff my mom is there and every time I go to see her I am kicked out after just getting there. This place is the worst
This is a horrible place. Today Dec 23, 2025 went to visit a friend with her son. The staff was rude and treated us like we were criminals. My friend’s other son who has been accused of double homicide but did not stand trial because of being incompetent lied about having conservatorship and called the sheriff to have us removed. My friend was very distressed by this. This facility does not treat the residents fairly. They put a very agitated man in my friend’s small room to stay. Even the staff was afraid of him.
