I had to give 1 stars. The review wouldn't let me leave NO stars. Citrus Fresh Carpet Cleaning is NOT so fresh! This company uses BAIT & SWITCH tactics!! I was quoted $95.00 on the phone for an empty town home & when they got there they quoted over $200.00 + extra $$ for a fresh scent + more $$ for stairs. I told David on the phone how many rooms I had & the place was empty. I told him everything he needed to know about the place. My husband told them to "get out"!
