I have mixed feelings about the visit. While the hygienist was thorough and the dentist was very personable and took his time, there were a few things that rubbed me the wrong way. 1.) The visit took nearly an hour and half which is very unusual. My typical appointment takes about 30 minutes because I have pretty healthy teeth. 2.) A major contributor to the lengthy visit was the number of scans and X-rays taken. Two X-rays, one photo scan, and one other 3D scan seems like overkill for someone with no major dental history.
