The lobby is warm and inviting. The arcade is a great touch. Dr Rainwater, Donna and Cheri are very thorough while being nice to patients. The only problem I have is that the woman working the billing didn’t even try very hard to verify my insurance and it seems like normal practice to charge the customer more than what they should. It was my first visit and I feel like they plan to 20% insurance to get more money from patients on the first visit.
Citrus Falls Dental Care is a wonderful place. Great staff and dentists. Everyone is truly the best!!! It's a pleasure being there.
