Fantastic customer service. As newbies to electric bikes, Kelly was superb with us. He made sure he showed and let us test drive the models we needed to to get the perfect fit and functionality for our riding needs. He was SO generous with his time.
It was amazing. Even if I had little questions they attended to me . Love it
Great selection of bikes, good advice, and patient support as we repeatedly test rode bikes to find the ones we wanted. Chemainus has nice quiet traffic for the test rides.
It was really nice to work with Kelly and his team to find the right Trike for us. Weave been out on a number of rides and are having great fun on the ICE Adventure 26FS trike. The bonus was able to try a few around town in Chemainus to see which one we like the best. Thanks for all the great service.
I always get great service from Kelly and Mike and they are most helpful with tips for using my Riese and Muller to its full potential. A little planning is required with their shop hours but I appreciate that they are running a small business and need to be efficient to provide such great service one on one.
