The staff were incredibly knowledgable and kind. I had an amazing time testing and learning about recumbent bikes. I loved being able to book an appointment, so I knew I could have a staff members full attention. I have some physical disabilities, which the staff was easily able to accommodate. They also had a great selection of regular electric bikes as well. Top-notch business!
Fantastic customer service. As newbies to electric bikes, Kelly was superb with us. He made sure he showed and let us test drive the models we needed to to get the perfect fit and functionality for our riding needs. He was SO generous with his time.

Great selection of bikes, good advice, and patient support as we repeatedly test rode bikes to find the ones we wanted. Chemainus has nice quiet traffic for the test rides.
It was really nice to work with Kelly and his team to find the right Trike for us. Weave been out on a number of rides and are having great fun on the ICE Adventure 26FS trike. The bonus was able to try a few around town in Chemainus to see which one we like the best. Thanks for all the great service.
