BUS ROUTE 17x (Haines City) the bus driver ( middle aged Hispanic male) is a horrible bus driver. I constantly ask him to report the situation of buses not coming on time ornot at all to their stops. And he keeps brushing me off like it’s not his problem. And he lied about Citrus connection having a whole other department for Haines city just so he wouldn’t have to report the situation to a higher up. Very lazy bus driver indeed.

Why is the red line bus always broke down? Or is it the driver calling in? Very unprofessional.
The behavior of gold South bus yesterday around 10:30 am is unbelievable. So a new driver slammed the breaks and a elderly woman prob late 80s fell from her wheel chair. To make matters worse the other passengers were signing documents stating she flung herself so that the new driver wouldn't lose her job. This happened in front of the south gate plaza. I'm ashamed of this service
