We used Citrus for a pre-sale deep clean. What really sets them apart from smaller outfits is excellent management; that ensures that if a job is not done to your satisfaction, it is dealt with quickly. There isn't the need to place hopes on a specific cleaner; since CItrus goes out of their way to ensure a job is well done regardless of who shows up on site. After doing a move in cleaning I came back to find my condo still dirty. The fridge had crumbs/dirt still in it, the hood fan area of the microwave was full of grime/dirt. The top of the shower curtain rod, ceiling fan, and light fixtures were FULL of dust. They definitely took short cuts. I reached out with pictures and they did give me one hour for one worker off the final price. But there was two people cleaning so it should’ve been a full hour for both workers.
