Chef Jay and his crew were awesome! We had them cooking up a storm for my son’s Communion (30 guests), and it was a huge hit. His menu recommendations were spot-on, and he executed his concept flawlessly. Everyone loved the food, and the live cooking experience made it even more special. They even left the place cleaner than we had it for them. Highly recommend!
Chef Jay and his team catered a party of 18 at our home for my daughter's wedding dinner. They surpassed all expectations with a delicious meal and attentive service. Chef Jay's guidance and responsiveness throughout the entire process made for a positive and effortless experience for me and my daughter. Everything was left in spotless condition at the end of the evening. We would definitely us Chef Jay again!

We’ve worked with Chef Jay for multiple events now - ranging from a smaller 6 person dinner to a much larger anniversary party. I highly recommend him - the food is absolutely outstanding, he’s an excellent quick communicator, and leaves the kitchen tidy when the team is done. All of our guests have raved about him, and we can’t wait to work with him again! It’s such a fun way to elevate entertaining at home (not to mention much easier).
