We went into planing our wedding with about 6 months notice. Jay was supportive throughout the experience, helping us tailor our menu, offering advice on presentation, food delivery and had excellent resources for us when planning the aesthetic of the dinnerware. The day of our wedding, his staff were on the floor with smiles, professionalism and amazing food. We had multiple people approach us to say it was the best wedding food they ever had! We could not have asked for more. It made an already memorable day perfect.

Where do I begin. I’m so happy that I found Chef Jay. He catered my daughter’s baby shower. It was a garden party theme I requested appetizers to match the theme. So, so good. They were absolutely fantastic. A good variety for all. The charcuterie board and veggie boards were delicious. The staff were excellent and everyone loved the food. It was an amazing day thanks to Chef Jay and his staff. The food just kept being served and it was so good you couldn’t stop eating it. Thank you so much Jay to you and your team.
What can I say about perfection. We hired his team for our wedding and from the very first email to the end of the night Jay and his team were absolutely amazing. The communication was great and they were very flexible and open to changes. I didn't try the food before the event but the food was 10x better than I had ever imagined.
