Jay has been the MOST phenomenal! We originally hired him for our upcoming wedding, but then asked if he would do the food for my bridal shower. So glad we did because he exceeded every expectation. From start to finish he has been so helpful, so professional, so kind, he took care of every detail and the food was incredible. 20 out of 10! I have been bragging about Jay to everyone. Highly recommend.
Chef Jay and his team made my party extra special. He was easy to work with and created a menu that was perfect. Both the food and service were excellent. His staff had the perfect timing for bringing the food through the crowd. Everyone at the party was raved about how great the food was. I would definitely use them again and recommend them for any event.

Jays team came to cater for my mother’s birthday party and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The food was absolutely wonderful and presented so well. The service was exceptional throughout the whole night. His staff brought all the appetizers out to everyone 1 at a time and then served dinner. They also helped clean everything up at the end of the night including things that were not apart of the catering. Truly had an amazing experience and can’t wait to have citrus cater another one of our events!
