Jay and his staff recently catered a private event for 20 at our home. The food was incredible and he was fantastic to work with. We communicated ideas before the event and he was organized and professional. I highly recommend him for any small or larger events you are hosting. You will not be disappointed! Jay has been the MOST phenomenal! From start to finish he has been so helpful, so professional, so kind, he took care of every detail and the food was incredible. His Staff took care of our wedding and bar and absolutely knocked it out of the park. 20 out of 10! I have been bragging about Jay to everyone. Highly recommend.
We had Chef Jay in for a private Birthday dinner and we loved everything from the food to the service to the overall vibe. Jay offers a professional and refined service and we enjoyed every bite. Highly recommended and we will be using him again for future events. Our menu included: duck confit tostadas, summer salad with fior di latte, asparagus risotto with lemon mascarpone, steak main with beets and duck fat potatoes and a classic creme brulee for dessert. 10/10
