I`ve lived here for a couple of years and it is a great place to live. It's big enough to feel like a community but small enough to have your voice heard. The Complex is kept clean, well maintained and organized. I give all the credit to Cole, Apartment Manager, and Freddie, Head of Maintenance. They both work hard to keep things running smoothly. Overall very happy living here.
I waited to write this review until after we moved out because I didn’t want to deal with the whole “we sprayed your unit, why leave a bad review?” conversation because the truth is the roach problem here is horrible. We lived at Citronia Landmark for over 3 years and dealt with big roaches and even flying roaches constantly. It wasn’t just our unit either, the entire building had an infestation. Edit: Upper management contacted us and refunded our tow fee. While the initial situation should never have happened and put us through the ringer, we are thankful upper management reached out. On-site management is the main problem. Original post: We’ve lived here for almost 3 months. The manager is either out to get us or the most forgetful person alive.
