Edit: Upper management contacted us and refunded our tow fee. While the initial situation should never have happened and put us through the ringer, we are thankful upper management reached out. Manager has mental issues, she enjoys insulting the tenants, furthermore she never pays any attention to problems with the apartments. This woman lies all the time and enjoys creating gossip among tenants. Avoid this building. And BTW she cries like a croc.
