Cole and Freddy always help out and make sure the needs of the complex are of the most Paramount
Home. That’s ultimately what we all want to feel. We want to feel at home. The property has been home for a few years now and it truly is thanks to Team Citronia (Cole and Freddie). They are prompt to keeping the property in great order and will diligently and swiftly address in problems and concerns. Don’t hesitate to come check the place out… I was supposed to stay for only a couple of years and it’s been longer than that now. Because this is home.
I`ve lived here for a couple of years and it is a great place to live. It's big enough to feel like a community but small enough to have your voice heard. The Complex is kept clean, well maintained and organized. I give all the credit to Cole, Apartment Manager, and Freddie, Head of Maintenance. They both work hard to keep things running smoothly. Overall very happy living here.
I waited to write this review until after we moved out because I didn’t want to deal with the whole “we sprayed your unit, why leave a bad review?” conversation because the truth is the roach problem here is horrible. We lived at Citronia Landmark for over 3 years and dealt with big roaches and even flying roaches constantly. It wasn’t just our unit either, the entire building had an infestation.
