sad to write such a low starred review but i was traveling 25 min to see kelly and i am also a lash tech so i am always showing appreciation for the service through my tips (20-25%) there were a few times she rescheduled on me last min and there were a few times i had to reschedule due to my child being ill. the last appointment i made with her i was rear ended and my car was totaled. she had no regard and no empathy and instead blocked me from scheduling. very unprofessional after i was always very communicative. in the end... read more
Kelly was fantastic!! I had not received a lash lift in over five years and I was a little bit nervous, but she did a fantastic job and the result is EVEN better. When she showed me the result, my jaw was on the floor.
Never showed up and I was stuck outside for 20 min. I called and she never picked up. She messages me then at 8pm. Very unprofessional
I have been to many other lash salons and I have never been as satisfied as I am with Kelly’s work! She always does exactly what I want, is kind, reasonably priced, and overall awesome! Definitely recommend if you are looking for somewhere to get beautiful lashes!
My lashes are always so amazing! Appointments are quick, comfortable and convenient! Thank you for doing such an amazing job!
