Felt pretty unprofessional upon arrival, received the release form minutes before going inside the building given super last minute and one of the box’s that needed to be checked was for the signer to confirm they didn’t receive the release form last minute. Walking into the richland location was kind of uncomfortable as getting to her room required directions through hallways, the actual room it’s self seemed uncomfortable to be in as it was fairly empty not truly inviting or gives off a professional look.
